Passengers went down fighting

Recommended Posts

I saw that on the news last night.. It's good to know that these people took an active part in trying to save themselves and protect others.. Unfortunately, the people on the other flights probably had no idea what else had happened, or was going to happen, so they never had the opportunity to save themselves..
This will change terroism training at airlines forever....but how, I don't know.. Up until now, airline crewmembers have been taught to comply with the terrorists.. I don't think this will be the case anymore.. There is talk about resurrecting the Air Marshals.. Sounds like a good idea to me.. Air travel, as we know it, will never be the same..

I wouldn't want to "fart" in the pressence of a security person!

ROTFL! Yeah, with some of the skydivers I've had the pleasure(?!) of smelling on the ride to altitude...You'd probably be brought to trial at the Hague for using a deadly chemical weapon!

Good! That roll over and play dead shit never sat well with me. I know you are upping the risk of getting yourself killed but I would rather live on my feet than die on my knees.
Kudos to the brave people on that plane that decided to do something. They likely sacrificed their lives in order to save many others. Congressional Medals of Honor wouldn't be out of line. If those can be given to civilians?

Air Marshals have been enacted. It's not an idea anylonger.

Air Marshals never really went away - they just diminished greatly in force.. I think we will see a major increase in Air Marshals now.. The Air Marshals that I am referring to are the ones that are employed by the FAA..
