Square One

Recommended Posts

Ok Im having a problem here. Im not sure what it is if my computers messed up or what but this is it. I ordered a logbook and logbook cover on October the 1st... Or second.. Not sure. Anyways I got it sent Global express mail which costed extra and whatnot cause i wanted it for the weekend.. Anyways I still havent gotten it and sent a couple emails to squareone and havent gotten a reply. Now everytime I try and go to the page there it either asks me for a password and says I'm unauthorized or just gives me some error or something. Does anybody know anything about this?
I really didn't even want to post this on here but it's too strange and I wasn't hearing anything so...
I have nothing against squareone it seemed cool and everything but this is just so weird.

Hi Colin
you quite often get the password thing if they are working on the website.
I got the same thing at the main site but the catalog site was working OK.
Square1 phone# 909 657 8260.
also Dropzone.com's very own Skybytch works there.
Did you go out to the DZ at the weekend, I passed when the forecast was
for 50-70kph winds and the trees outside my home were bending double. :(
See you next weekend
andrew

The Square One website is down. We've locked our server god in a small room with nothing but bread, water, computers and a phone and told him to get it back up or he'll never see the sun again. He's working on it. ;)
Colin, check your email. For some reason my mails to you haven't gotten through. We're checking with the post office now to see where the package is.

Lisa, Lisa, Lisa . . . when will people learn that the proper thing to do is to lock him in the room with; LAN connection, compter and DIET COKE!.
Hell, if you feed him bread and water he's not going to be awake enough to debug anything.
However, coders have been known to go on for ---days--- on just Diet Coke alone.
BTW, much whipping must be done to keep the coder from getting side tracked and playing Unreal instead of doing actual work.
Speaking of which . . . I gotta get back to mine.

No no no... you've got it all wrong. Turn off all the lights in the room, strip him to his underwear, and give him a large supply of cold pizza and Mt Dew (or Jolt) and a coffee maker.
Then, I saw these two guys swoopin across the pond, and I was like 'weeeeeee!!!!'

He got the web site back up so we unlocked the door. Amazing how fast he made it to the fridge. Funny thing was we'd already drank all the Diet Coke, only thing left was the sparkling cider from our New Years party.
mwahahahahaha!!!!!!!
