Kelly 0 #2 October 17, 2001 the guys name is Roger Kibbe (sp?) and he kiled somebody out west. he used 'parachute rope' to tie his victims up. On april 25, 1988 he was arrested for the womans murder. Geeze, i knew that the old timers were crazy but come on...they even showed a pic of him doing a solo belly dive, geeking the camera.
