Class B airspace still restricted??

Those VFR airplanes with transponders (or waiver filed) are allowed in class B airspace except in Boston, NY, and D.C.

This is only part of the story. You still aren't allowed to fly like before. You can't just fly underneath class B or even just fly through or above it VFR. I just finished a long flight mostly around the Atlanta ECB. I flew IFR there and VFR back. The VFR part was a pain, but I didn't feel like messing with another IFR flight plan after having to go somewhere else when my destination had no fuel.
