I say roll the dice and sign it. freeflir29 0 #6 October 30, 2001 The USPA wants to change the regions and Board Member make up. In order to do that (acording to the by laws) they must have a 10% membership vote. We have about 35,000 members which means we need 3,500 to vote either in person or by proxy. The proxy vote allows someone else to vote for you. While it's true that signing this proxy is a leap of faith, so to speak, I think we need to put a little faith in our USPA officials.
