Pulling the slider down..

I have heard many different things about pulling the slider down, flattening the canopy, making a more efficient wing. Does anyone REALLY know that a flatter wing is a more efficient wing? Aren't the big cross country canopies oval shaped wings? Does anyone REALLY know the answer to this question? Rhino. Blue Skies!!

Still no real answers I see. Just go here and look go there and look.. I'm not sure anyone really knows?

Oh there are some of us that know, but since they don't look in this area you'll never get a responce from them.
Post the same question in the Gear area and you'll get at least 3 SERIOUS responces from people who are on the industry or use this stuff all the time like CobaltDan, SkymonkeyONE, Ramon, RiggerRob, and others... Knowledege posted in this room is often lost in the background noise.
Go forth and post in the right area and all your questions will be answerd my child........I'm not sure what to put here right now.....
