Thats tight as hell, shit mad b@$!£>). Thats the first time ive seen that, has anyone seen it before or done it. Whats the safety comparison to normal base- from my inexperienced opinion thats got to be greater for chance of twisting lines, not ful inflation. If im wrong flame me:)

seems like the bridge jump isn't even using a BASE/skydiving rig. It looks like a para thingy from those boats that drag chutes behind them.

There's no comparison. BASE gear is made to open reliably, on heading, and is overbuilt by at least a factor of 10. A paraglider isn't designed for shock loads, deployment, on-heading openings, or even to be packed in a container. I'm sure you could do a few jumps with one, but the reaper would be very close behind you.
