I've formated a drive 3 times then recoved over 80% data from it before just to test some tools out.Writing all 1's then all 0's 15X over is standerd practice on any thing of confidence at most Fortune 50 companies. Even then something like an electron microscope can detect the orginal state of 35%+ of the data and can get a reasonable guess on another 25%+.I'm not sure what to put here right now.....
