DZ in China?

Recommended Posts

Sorry, Thaddues- negative on the DZ info out there- all Dutch and I could find out when we were all in China is that parachuting is called "tiusan"- , but we were only there 2 weeks-- I know they do it there somewhere; saw a stadium demo on one of the television stations- think it was in Shanghai-- and I know I'm not spelling that Mandarin word right :)Good luck! Let us know for sure when you get over there- Beijing is a very interesting city, enjoy!!
I'm really very gentle, no matter what my kung-fu teacher says...

Listen to the broken one, or at least read her typing. I searched a good long while before our trip to China and couldn't find a DZ anywhere. I even asked several of my Chinese friends with no luck.
The Chinese word for skydive is tiao (descending tone) san (descending then rising tone). This literally means jump umbrella.
If you need an interpreter give the Dutchboy a call! :)The Dutchboy
