Kris 0 #1 December 12, 2001 Okay, this guy had to be a former turbine driver for a really busy & windy DZ somewhere... Warning, page contains nudity... You've been warned.Kris
PhreeZone 20 #2 December 12, 2001 Thats the standerd approach for the old Hong Kong Airport with a crosswind. At like 500 feet the pilots had to make a 57 degree turn to pass between the valleys right to line up.... You had to have currency to land there I want to touch the sky, I want to fly so high ~ Sonique
Zennie 0 #3 December 12, 2001 Ya know the longer I'm in this sport the more I appreciate a good pilot. Wonder if the passengers even had a clue."Wear the grudge like a crown. Desperate to control. Unable to forgive. And we're sinking deeper."
airann 1 #4 December 12, 2001 Yup, like with Ken nobody ever landed off -if they did he got upset with himself. Can you believe that? He also found the freakin emergency door when it flew off. Some people have GPS and then some people use them! This landing however, ....reminds me of my tobacco chewing cowboy uncles work. We often held our breath when he flew my Dad's plane. We all would casually walk on the other side of the car and cross our fingers hoping not to get run over when he landed. AirAnnBAWAHHH! and click on Hey Jude! PhreeZone 20 #11 December 12, 2001 I used to read avation sites all the time since I wanted to get my pilots licence. But since I found jumping to be way better then flying, I only check out the sites everyonce and a while... plus this movie had some stilss caputred since the group on the other site was talking about a possible engine stirke. I'm not sure what they decided on that issue.....I want to touch the sky, I want to fly so high ~ Sonique
Slappie 9 #12 December 12, 2001 I've flown into the Hong Kong airport before. It was late evening 10:30ish and you would not believe the feelings it can cause you! Now they have a new one and it's not as bad. I haven't flown in there in years, but I think the new airport is out in the ocean on a man-made island. My New Website with 24hr Chat
