hooked 0 #26 January 7, 2002 The age thing doesn't bother me, it's the aging process that troubles me. Will my reflexes and thought processes be as quick as they should be, that is what makes me think twice. I realize there are middle age skydivers, but they learned a long time ago so it might be different. But to hear someone started skydiving at 51 is rewarding! Snowbird 0 #28 January 7, 2002 Quote as soon as you get onto doing some delays you'll know what its all about, just hanging in the air is such a huge buzz I'm itching for freefall! (she says with a silly smile on her face) The canopy ride is awesome all on its own, but my vivid imagination already has me doing freefall. The best thing is that, before my FJC, I was imagining what it would be like and the real thing was Even Better! So freefall... wow. Wow.Quote first jump last august at 37! got 8 in before snow fell, PFF next spring! woooohoooo, can't wait! We're in the same boat, waiting on the whim of mother nature so that we can snub her Law of Gravity. With luck, the weather will warm up by late March, and by then I'll have the cash to do PFF.
