I have no one to jump with. Im a skydiver at Spaceland in Rosharon. Any one want to jump and do some two ways with me ??????

I'd be happy to jump w/ you but I'm in another state along with most of the people on this site. IMHO you will have better chances finding someone to jump w/ if you ask people at your DZ rather than asking on a web site that people from all over the world read. Just my 2 cents.

Im kind of shy. I do not like going up to people that have 500 jumps getting ready to do a 10 way.... Here I come wanting to do a little two way...... I could use some pointers with my freefall work.

Along the same lines....
I will probably be jumping at Skydive Illinois in Morris this weekend cuz its sposed to get in the mid-50's and i can't make the trip to Vandalia. I've heard that a lot of the regulars havent been there since Jerry sold the place. Any dz.commers jumping there?

Why not, just ask people. If you're worried about that, grab some of the people doing 2 ways and stuff, ask them if you can lurk their dive. If they let you do that, you can probably get in on the RW later on. I jump @ SDHouston, usually, grab me and we can try some RW. I'm easy to find, I'm the big guy with 'Aggie Skydiving' across the front of my truck...oh, wait that was a different post... hahahaha, sorry, it's been one of those days...

I second the Skydive Dallas invitation. Cyndi, I and my gf will make it a 4 way. Sorry, you cant jump my second rig tho. Well, you could, but youll only get one jump out of it since it has no main.

Know the feeling. Just nose around for other solo jumpers to hang with. If there are none at your DZ, visit another DZ or two.
It's great hitting new DZs, they all their own vibe.

Come to Skydive Chicago instead, its only 15 minutes away and if everything goes as planned I'll be there along w/ Cypres420 (DZ.commer but doesn't post much.)

It's cool to do drill dives to work on skills. But at the same time, you only learn by doing (and screwing up a few times along the way -- God knows I have). Nobody worth jumping with will give you a hard time if you go low or miss a dock. The may give you pointers, but they shouldn't criticise you. Hell you're learning. But if you want to do RW, the best way to learn is to just get in there & do it (I think I got my SCR on like jump 30 or something). Same with freefly.
