Vibrating Dytters

Recommended Posts

I just read a brief mention of this miraculaous little invention and wondered if any deaf skydivers could advise on where to purchase such a thing?
The ONLY reason I ask is because my Vudu open face lets a lot of the sound of the wind in and not much sound of the bleeps....so kinda thought I could..uh...strap it to my wrist or something...somewhere I could actually feel it go off....pfffft.....he he ;)

Your gonna look funny with a 10 inch chunk of rubber strapped to your wrist....

I think Emma was thinking of something smaller, but if what I've heard about female British 4-way team members is correct, you might be on the right track, Clay. And if I have remember that incorrectly and besmirched poor Emma's reputation, well... she should have known better than to post about vibrating dytters outside the Gear & Rigging forum. :D

"I can see a rash of low-pulling as women wait for the vibrations to hit maximum power at the final low-alt warning signal."
Well..I'm more worried that with their own set of boobies and then a vibrating Dytter they'll never make it out to the DZ.

The boobie thing is always a worry, but the vibrating Dytters wouldn't go off at ground level. The ride up would be funny as we passed through 1000 feet. The guys would take their helmets off and the women..... :)Justin
