AndyMan 7 #27 February 11, 2002 Slowfaller - should've kept driving.Winds at altitude were cranking, but were negligable at ground level. jfields 0 #28 February 11, 2002 QuoteIs that the number of times I've had sex with the same woman? or sex with different women? It is the number of times over the weekend, regardless of who it was with, as long as they were people. Despite what others on this forum may say, sheep and poodles do not count. I'm not mentioning the names of the protestors.... Justin

thrillseek 0 #32 February 11, 2002 1:10:1 all in all, one of my best weekends yet!I did a "stealth" rodeo dive with this guy...he never saw it coming...it was classic...he was thinking "hey! a 2 way dock!" and i surprised him by slinging him to the side, then doing a very "dropzone-esque" flip right onto his back. cool when things actually work like that (usually .005% of the time)

freeflir29 0 #36 February 11, 2002 0:6:1First Porter jump. Geezus is jump run slow....LOL. The Plane climbs very well though and is right fun to jump. I went flying Saturday morning with Dutchboy and we did our usual stop to say hello at Atlanta Air Sportz. This was my second time flying in there without jumping. So, after I parked the plane I went home to get my stuff and ended up hanging out there all weekend. I had some great jumps and even FLEW ON MY BELLY. If you can believe that! First time since November. I think it was two 6 ways. Turned a few points on the first one but was screwing around with that whole "Stand to chase the formation" thing since I was a very late diver. Didn't work out...LOL Closest I got was about 6 ft away before break off... Oh well it was still fun.....Great weekend and great bunch of people. If it had been a little less windy I wouldn't have complained....."I only have 125 jumps, so I don't know shit..right?"-Clay
bill2 0 #37 February 11, 2002 My wife and I had friends over for dinner Sat night, learned how to make Sushi, downed several beers. The weather out at Byron was perfect once the early morning fog cleared off, and I made 3 jumps on Sunday. Improved my barrel rolling, since the first of the three jumps resulted in sort of a barrel roll/sumersault. And now I've done 5 jumps with my Spectre 230, and each landing gets a little better. It's definitely more responsive than the student rigs.

spinmaster 0 #40 February 11, 2002 0:2:2 I got two jumps and two firsts in. It was my first clear and pull....very nice and a little scarry jumping from a plane so close to the ground. Also my first jump in the rain...yes, the rain. Luckily it was the clear and pull jump so no terminal velocity fight into the pointy back side of the drops.....lol.Clay, I was at Airsportz on Sunday afternoon. You there too? Which one were you? I had the black JS with neon green grips. And Wind?....what wind? I meant to land that close to the trees.Dan
freeflir29 0 #41 February 11, 2002 "Which one were you?"I was walking around in my signature Free Fly wear of six pocket Dockers and a long sleeve shirt with a huge Skull on the front. You might also have seen my low hook and damn near landing IN the swoop pond. But not quite....my canopy however wasn't so lucky...."I only have 125 jumps, so I don't know shit..right?"-Clay
