diverds 0 #1 February 15, 2002 Just wanted to take a minute to say Kudos to Larsen and Brusgaard for their awsome customer service. I bought a Pro-Track at Fort Dodge last fall and about a month ago it stoped working properly. I emailed L&B and got a reply from Mads Larsen himself asking me to ship the unit to them. Within 2 days of receving my unit they had a brand new Pro-Track in the mail to me at no charge. Why can't all companies treat their customers so well? Anyway, thanks to L&B for delivering such great customer service to go along with a KICK ASS product! dove 0 #2 February 15, 2002 I lost my helmet in a freefly collision last year. My protrack was in that helmet and L&B sent me a replacement free of charge. I didn't lose it due to any fault with their product, but they are just awesome like that. I too got a personal reply from Mads Larsen saying how glad they were I survived the accident and was still around. Incredible. I will never buy another brand of audible.
