Tandem Skydive

I made my first Tandem Skydive last year and enjoyed it so much I thought I would share my experience on a web page I have designed. Hopefully it can give somebody considering their first jump an inside account of what to expect. I have booked up another jump in June this year and am thinking of taking an AFF course.

Dude standard home connections aint gonna like that........ too slow........ i did not look - takes too long................... i aint a techy nerd so have no suggestions........... except - dont do a tandem do AFF ...... dont phuq around pretending you are gonna skydive - just do it.................

Congrats on your first jump.... how can you wait til June to do another? Do AFF if you can; you'll be glad you did!

Save your money and skip the tandem and go straight to AFF. Also, didn't look at the site as it was taking forever to load.
You shouldn't put a knife in the toaster - but you're an adult now !!!

Is the weather that bad that you have to wait til June? BTW: I agree with the other people on this thread...skip the tandem & go straight to AFF. You'll get more out of it.

Yesterday this guy and girl came out to do a tandem. They both liked the first one so much they went up again. I thought that was crazy ...but.....

I know, I know!!!.........I should go straight into doing an AFF. But the weather here in the UK is terrible and I am saving up to take a course abroad - somewhere hot, not sure where yet. - Recommendations would be a great help.
In the meantime I have to be consent with just another tandem, still good fun though and I am going with 17 people, of which 14 of them have never done it and I have talked them into giving it a go.
Sorry about the slow loading website of mine. I have only just started teaching myself web design and that is one of the hurdles I am trying to get over. But most of the time it does load pretty quick, depends on the traffic!!

Ha, ha - I definitely know what you mean Remster!! I lived in LA for 6 months in '88.
But, for all you Californian people out there, I met a lot more nice people than total loopies. So I like Californians. :)
