hooked 0 #1 February 25, 2002 All the information and stories I read here are beginning to get me scared. I came here to be more informed, and I know I am getting a lot of necessary information. How do you ever remember all the necessary info you need to skydive safely and comfortable or does it just come as second nature? All the stability problems in freefall, wind turbulence under canopy, landing safely, DZ safety, correct selection of parachute, WHEW! Sometimes it is overwhelming!J
MiataDRM 0 #2 February 25, 2002 Just take it one jump at a time. Always keep your eyes & ears open to learn new things. Make sure to routinely go over your emergency procedure & attend your safety day @ your local DZ. Like anything else in life, it take a while to become an expert...and even then, you realize there is always more to learn. Browsing this site is a great opportunity to learn. Also, put your JM to use & always be safe.**I'm a Pschydiver!Majdi

AggieDave 6 #5 February 25, 2002 Relax man, a lot of the information that you'll read here is for the intermediate jumper. Someone with around 60-200 jumps. Read, enjoy, try to assorb as much as you can, but don't sweat it if you can't remember everything, talk to your JMs and consult the SIM if there are any questions as to what all you should know at your current level. And remember, don't be afraid to ask. "And who are you?""I'm...Batman..."
