FallRate 0 #2 March 3, 2002 I seriously doubt that if anyone does jump in Winnipeg, that they are jumping right now. It's quite freaking cold there! I'm about 150 miles south of YWG in Grand Forks, ND and it's hovering at about zero degrees F right now.
