Twelve Hours!

Finally!! On my fourth jump today I hit twelve hours of freefall! Wooo Hooooo!!!!
Had a great day - a two way freefly jump with Keely from work, then a 9 way with Darryld's group, then a really cool 6 way tracking dive with Fritz (Flyboyz), which took me up to 11 hours, 59 minutes, 23 seconds. Almost managed to put together a cool all dz.com hybrid for the "big dive" but Albatross and cptstraton and ltdiver were all too beat after a weekend of fourway training.
Ended up doing a really fun two way with billvon, with chopchop chasing us to watch - wish he'd had a camera cuz he said it looked really cool. We launched from outside the Otter floating, stayed close then I sidebodied Bill. Reached across his rig and pulled myself on top of him, waited for the speed to settle in (it got really fast), then pulled myself up into a rodeo! All in all, a great weekend! Now I need to dig out my old logbooks and get ahold of our regional director and get my Gold Freefall Badge! Total freefall time is now - 12 hours, 0 minutes, 26 seconds.

Congratulations!!!! Hey, I was out there yesterday (Saturday), and I thought I saw you, but I was getting on the Otter as you were landing. (If that was you) Then I was going to ask LTDIVER to point you out, but she was gone before I could think of it. Anyway, maybe next weekend.

Wow! Glad you were able to make your milestone dive a fun and dz.com one anyway. It's really neat to see people from this newsgroup every weekend now. Thanks for putting the record together and increasing my circle of friends once again. Ain't skydiving great! Wuffos just -don't- get it!
Wish I could have made the jump with you. But you're right...my team was beat by the end of Sunday. We have another team training day this coming weekend (with Iron Crank included). Hope to see you there!

Hey congraduations on you 12 HOURS OF FREEFALL time. Whoa that is huge. If you have any videos from that load then I would love to see them. It kind of makes me wish that we had a section on the website that showed all of our acheivements... hint, hint, wink, wink, say no more, say no more. lemme try to figure this out 60 minutes in an hour approx 60 sec of freefall/jump!! you have 12 hours of freefall 12 x 60(minutes)x 60 (seconds) hmm so that means you have AT LEAST twelve jumps ,right? I passed all my math classes!
getting high is fun, but coming down is the best part
