Keeping a handgun near by isn't a bad idea either. If you have the time file for a restraining order so you have a paper trail or if the guy actually has any money you can sue him for all sorts of things. Might be a good idea to get a free consult from a lawyer and find yourself a PI. I have some contacts in that business if you need some reputible folks to talk with.
