I knew there was a reason i didn't want to read this post....
OKAY DIETS DO NOT WORK!
Only lifestyle changes ( No I don't mean cocaine)will bring about your desired results. that means exercise and eat from the pyramid. In actuality, it would be better if you ate 6 small meals each day. Make your portion sizes the size of your hand with each meal consisting of protein, carbs ,veggies. Drink 2 large glasses of water with each meal. Oh hell.....this is why people pay me! If ya all want a fitness and nutritional program that works email me. I promise that you won't feel hungry and you will look and feel better.

Depends on semantics.
If you "go on a diet", you're absolutely right. Once you "go on a diet", there's only one thing left to do - "go off the diet".
However, a big part of a healthy lifestyle is eating a helthy diet. This means eating healthy foods. It isn't temporary. It is a PERMANENT LIFESTYLE CHANGE.
