Jabeln79 0 #28 March 20, 2002 Andyman,You guys could come on down to archway anytime. Between us we should be able to break the record. QuoteAndyMan, skymedic, grumpysmurf, diverdriver, sunshine, Vallerina, hisgoofyness, fallingweenie... I think that's it - are all basically in Chicagoland.here at Archway we have:Fallinwoman, Canopycuddler, Indyz, Fallinmarc, Jabeln79, Fallinilweenie(he jumps up there too), magicmix5, and i think there is more of us just cant think of all now. We can definitely get that record though. Blue Skies Joe "When they say jump you say how high" RATM

diverdriver 7 #40 March 20, 2002 Yah, and the Arava has a narrower door than the otter. Wider than a DC-3. And coming from someone who hit the door 5 times in two weeks during 10-way practice I'm not sure I'm looking forward to a narrower door. But, we were taking grips and ramming it out so I think we could back off a bit and it'll all work out fine. I love the dive. Me and Rook Nelson were the last two out of the lead Casa during the record attempts in 2000. That was a long, long dive since the base was falling over 150 right out the door of the base otter.I think we should come up with three dates. One for Morris, one for Hinckley, and one for Ottawa. Build on it through the season. Break it, break it again, and break it WAY BIG! Yah, I'll show my tits if we get it.Chris
diverdriver 7 #41 March 20, 2002 We also have Rainbo and Brian Bo (chasingbluesky) at SDC. And eeneR. That's three more at SDC. We should be able to build big stuff all summer!Chris

axe96bam 0 #43 March 20, 2002 Yeah, let's set up some dates for the record.
Vallerina 2 #44 March 20, 2002 He he...another record attempt, eh? Fun stuff. Make the date April 12-14 at Skydive IL...jumps are only $13 so you'd have enough cash to make all sorts of attempts!"Experience is the name every one gives to their mistakes." FallingILweenie 0 #50 March 21, 2002 I'll play!!!Can't this weekend...mainly money and a little matter of getting my reserve repacked. ALso the weather looks like crap for Hinckley, last time i checked. But if you guys go, I may be persuaded into robbing a bank or something to afford it.Morris is cool too. They resently had a big turnover in staff and some of the jumpers i knew there dont go there anymore so I am gonna start going to Hinckley instead.Archway rocks. One other thing to consider about going to archway is that since it is so far downstate it is usually 10-15 degrees warmer than it is at any dz around chicago, as well as the fact that if its cloudy or windy or something here, it wont necessarily be there since its too far south to be in the chicago/lake michigan weather pattern (or so i was told once upon a time).'The Arava is showin up in April, so maybe we can organize something for the first or second week...when we know it will be there. Oh, and if we cant play with the arava, they will have a caravan or otter there and a porter. I wanna see how fast the behemoth climbs, cuz at safety day the owners of Chicagoland were sayin the Arava is pretty zippy to altitude.blue skiesTomasps. does this mean i have to get an RW suit??pps. I call one of the last out to chase the formation!!!
