skybytch 273 #1 March 23, 2002 The weather sucks here today, lots of clouds, so I'm not even going to bother going to the dz. Been doing a bunch of stupid chores around the house instead. Decided a few minutes ago to run to town and do the grocery shopping that I've needed to do for about a week now (translation - there's nothing in the house to eat...).I keep my car keys on one key ring and the house and gate key on another - that way I don't have to turn the car off to unlock the gate (we live on a fenced half acre and always keep the gate shut and locked). I'm all ready to go, got the car keys in hand... and discover that the house and gate key are nowhere to be found! This just sucks - I could go get my kid's keys from him at work, but I can't even get off the property cuz he locked the gate behind him when he went to work this morning! I'm stuck here until he gets home! ACCCKKKKK!!!!Oh well. At least I have a couple of beers in the fridge...pull and flare, lisa

lummy 4 #7 March 23, 2002 I empathize Kreg.... my truck put a rod thru the engine block 2 sundays ago coming home from the DZ and I've been comuting via my kids RAZOR and the Train since. The Shop that worked on my truck 4 days prior (broken flywheel) took 2 weeks to even put it on the rack to tell me what was up. Then again, I do have the loan papers on my kitchen table for a new vehicle, but that would seriously cut into jump money :(Lisa, If you get a running start, you could make it over the fence before anyone knows you're missing.... Sebazz n I will be on the other side in my truckI'm not talking about your pig tails, I'm talking about your sex appeal.... hit the road and I'm gone.... bbarnhouse 0 #8 March 23, 2002 UGGGGGwell it was supposed to rain here today.....so I baked chocolate chippers, did laundry and knitted a bit ( I know I should be from Iowa!) Wholesome and all. Then I get a call from my friend in Puerto Rico (yeah he skydives) to 1. tell me that I need to rethink some of my future plans 2. asks if I have someone I'm interested in Az .......(Well of course i always have someone that I'm interested in. Location is merely a small obstacle!) LMAO 3. tells me he will be passing through Eloy but only for a day.......mkayy so?Finally.......the sky is clear and blue and wouldn't you know I have a damn kink in my neck from all of the damn domestic goddess stuff I was doing this am. Think I'll go and get more yarn.It only takes a little pixie dust......

diverdriver 7 #20 March 23, 2002 Air Wisconsin. It is a Regional Airline for United. I am based at O'Hare in Chicago. But I fly all around the country. We fly from California all the way across. After June 7th we will pick up survice to Virginia and Georgia which will give us coast to coast flying. And we're just "puddle jumpers"? I like my Regional Jet.Chris
bbarnhouse 0 #21 March 23, 2002 O'hare is NOT one of my favorites. brother in law was a Capt. on what once was Hughes Airwest....remember the big banana? bbarnhouse 0 #25 March 23, 2002 OK I will admit that the airport itself is rather nice, and I am confident that the air traffic controllers are supurb. The neos are lovely as well, But I really dislike having to walk outside usually in the dark, what seems to be 5 miles uphill both ways to catch a damn shuttle to get to the hotels that the airlines put you up in when they overbook a flight, or cancel one. Especially when it's cold and windy.....and the airline has "misdirected" you luggage. It only takes a little pixie dust......
