A Milestone

Approaching yet another milestone in my life, I ponder how best to mark it. Should I do something really special, something truly memorable that will be talked about for years to come? And if so, then what? Or should I let it pass without fanfare as I have other great events in my life, simply doing what I always do, as if it were not important, not something I've been headed towards but never really thought I'd reach? These are the questions that I contemplate this morning.
Standing here on the edge, I come to realize just what this event means to me. This truly marks the dividing line between mediocrity and greatness. I cannot let this moment pass without fanfare, without declaring to the world my joy and happiness in this, the absolute proof that I am indeed a great person.
Yes, today I am crossing the line. No longer average, I have reached the highest height, climbed the tallest mountain, acheived the formerly thought unachievable. This is it, yes, this is the one, the one that truly makes the difference.
This, my friends, is my 2300th post.

Getting there, thanks to all of you I have three fundraising goals right now - the first is, of course, a total of $1500 in donations and I'll post the boobie pic. The second is the $2050 total donations I need to cover my slot. The third has no limit - I'd like to raise as much money as possible for this one!
