It's something I learned from taking Psyc 107 (intro to psychology), that you do something 3 or more times, you have a greater chance of having that action become a habit.

It doesn't have to be you that we find the picture of on the internet. Just a random TV and a bit of Photoshop magic. Seriously though... It takes some self confidence to do that.
