AggieDave 6 #8 April 9, 2002 Check out the wild ride this train got. It traveled like a roller coaster up and down, almost over twice, then we broke it off.<-----------------"Are they short-shorts?" T.B.
ramon 0 #9 April 9, 2002 A Caboose and an engine holding on to over 1/4 ton of Cornfed and McKelvie falling to the earth. It really is too bad the weather sucked and we didn't get to do more funs stuff like that.ramon

ramon 0 #11 April 9, 2002 1st place 14 points (team was stacked)Team Duhjohn McCollumStevei BoydLevin (barely woke up in time) Jackson2nd place (I think between 8-6 points)Chris (get well) from San Marcosand Brandon Kickass from OK3rd place points tie (5 points)but technical merit going to Eric Boyd, Josh Hill, and (god I am sorry I don't remember his name)3rd place with no technical merit (We only had one jump and our goal was to take our time and feel the air..we would have possible been a strong third....but woulda shoulda coulda so would have the other teamsDavid McKelvieChad Farmer ( i think or chet or somthing country cool cat, I was forgetting his first name all weeekend)and me Ramon RiondaOnly one other team handed in video and they had 4 points on tape.that leaves 2 teams totally unaccounted for (weather..maybe no good jumps before clouds came)
rgoper 0 #12 April 9, 2002 Ramon:do you ever fly anywhere else besides SDSL. i'm in need of freefly coaching, but i fly at SDH, would you be willing to help me hone my skills? ramon 0 #13 April 9, 2002 I've been meaning to come out there many times. I was in abu dhabi for 2 months. I've been flying my FX and I was sort of afraid to fly it at SDH. I have no problem with my vengeance 135 on a par 3 dogleg though After the San Marcos freefly I won't be doing anything and will probably come out to SDH to spread some love over there. I like that DZ too.If you get a chance you should go to dallas or san marcos they have strong freefly groups there also.Really soon S.Land will have a strong freefly base too, Max Cohn really helped the dZ out and everyone that braved the weather benifitted from his organizing, coaching and debriefs.ramon

nacmacfeegle 0 #16 April 9, 2002 Ramon, you crazy mixed up kid, it was Cody Farmer. And by the way it was FUN, FUN, FUN, in a learning kind of way. Plus I got to meet some very cool people! I wasn't gonna enter but I sure am glad I did.Big Texan hats off to Duh they kicked some, big style....I lurve Texas."2 teams totally unaccounted for "I think some of the other teams (Brian and the rats?)may have got a little bogged down sorting Chris out and they missed the deadline for putting the tapes in, understandably. For those who don't know, David Mckelvie is Nacmacfeegle's alter ego, ie ME!CyaD
