(OT) Question for you cat-lovers...

Every time (and I do mean EVERY) I wash my truck, my parents stupidass cat walks all over it with its muddy paws. Is there any way (besides my Ithaca Model 37 .12 gauge) that will make that rotten cat stop walking all over my nice clean truck? Its really irritating having paw prints alllll over my truck and my tonneau cover after every time I wash it. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated....

How about a car cover?Kitties love to lay on warm things. Your truck is warm after the engine has been running so naturally little kitty wants to lay on top of your truck.

I had to put double stick tape up in a corner where my cat likes to pee. It stops her from going there because she doesn't like her fur caught in the tape. Maybe you could put the tape on an old sheet or something like that, and then you could lay it on top of the truck long enough for the cat to realize what will happen if it jumps up there. Of course, check to make sure the cat isn't stuck on it or anything!

Actually shooting cats is the best way to train them...
...with a water pistol, that is. Of course you have to catch him in the act, but a couple of shots in the face with a water pistol (just a regular one, not one of those super soakers) will make him think twice about jumping up there.

LOL, I've dumped a couple of buckets of water on it (or tried to), but it still doesnt get the point. It usually goes up there at night, when of course, I'm not around, so I seldom ever catch it in the act.
