No, it includes exactly that. Someone who spends their lives trying to change the governmentm, to fix something they think is wrong, is being a lot more patriotic than someone who spends their lives watching TV, not voting and not educating themselves on what's going on in the US and the world.

I agree. You should do, rather than just whine. But keep in mind that some of our greatest leaders (Lincoln, Roosevelt, MLK) used their words to move a nation. Words can be very powerful, and everyone who uses them is not just whining.

I agree. That is exactly what I said. Not sure why you disagreed and then restated what I said. Criticizing by itself is not productive.

There is a big difference between criticizing and using words to motivate people. I didn't say that using words was whining.
