bbarnhouse 0 #1 April 27, 2002 The POS skydiving vehicle arrived in Eloy yesterday @ 2:10 p.m.It took 4 tanks of fuel @$45-50 each1 quart oil4 diet cokes1 bag carrots, 1 bagel w/cream cheese, 1 croissant2 gallons drinking water (several pit stops)several CD's5 hours rest 100 miles north of LA23 hours driving time.....lots of patienceI waved to Lummy and SebazzSybytch,Billv and Quade........hoped to jump today but the wind God has denied me.For those coming for Memorial Day I have a double room tent if anyone is interested or in need as well as sleeping bag and pillow. LOLNo didnt need the croissant, but was the best I could do!Now I have only found 2 full service stations between Ashland Ore and Eloy. What is up with that like I really WANT to add my own oil? LMAOIt's pretty darn hot here........nasty little dust devils.about 40 folks here for the skills camp, and maybe 20 fun jumpers. The rest are teams. I have been working in the yard, put in some grass and building a shed. (Um yeah self-reliant) LOL.
