As most people probably have already told you - stretch.
One thing that get's overlooked is hydration. Water helps flush the lactic acid out of your body. On a day of jumping, it might not be a bad idea to drink as much as you can stand. Sure, you'll have to make a bunch of trips to the rest room, but you'll feel much better for it.

mmm..beer and vicodin...mmmmmm i wwas feeling pretty good this weekend due to that combination....oh well looks like i'll have to lay off the vicodin a little this weekend........

if ya wouldn't be visitin with phree all weekend i bet ya wouldn't be so sore.....lol........

In response to a PM: I fly a PD 170, and it spanks me like I deserve to be spanked, but not horribly. The harness fits me very well.
The soreness is from arching, I'm pretty sure. It's across my shoulders and lower back.
Maybe I'll try a combination of Advil and some stretching.

Roll the nose and tail, like how I packed that Hornet and it should open s-l-o-w. That's how I packed the two differnet PD 9-cells I've jumped and I had nothing but schweet openings. :)A human cannonball, I rise above it all
