AggieDave 6 #2 May 30, 2002 Great! Personally I love bikes and a goal of mine is to build a nice chopper (I already have a lot of the components, like frame, engine, trans, etc picked out even), so I understand where you're coming from. However, I have put some of my former hobbies on a serious hold due to skydiving. I used to be a hard core Mt. Biker, Paintball, rock climbing and I have a '73 Super Beetle that I was customizing but is now on hold. Same with my computer gear.I have found that I'm figuring out new and creative ways to support my skydiving habit and I'm sure that you will too. Good Luck!Oh, if it is offered, there are a couple different programs that are less expensive then AFF to get you going towards your A. IAD and S/L are less expensive per jump, although you will more then likely come out of AFF with slightly better RW skills then the other programs (which can be debated). It took me 6 months to get my A due to money, all it takes is persistance and a goal and you will get there. Now tell me, what would be more fun then taking a month off of work, driving to Datona Bike Week with your rig, jumpsuit, alti, etc strapped to your bike, hitting a couple DZs along the way?AerialsSo up highWhen you free your lives (the) eternal prize
