ColdDuck 0 #1 July 11, 2002 HI I would like to know if any of you know if its possible to fit a PD 126 reserve into a Javelin that says it will fit a Tempo 120. I am refering to the RS1 and the NJ sizes of the Javelins. I have heard that its usually possible to place a larger reserve in a rig without jeopardizing safety but it would make the container look funny. Any input would be appreciated thanks "Insurance should called In case shit happens, if shit don't happen shouldn't I get my money back?"

skybytch 273 #3 July 11, 2002 An NJ will hold a PD113R. Talk to your rigger about putting a 126R in there... since he/she will be the one sweating the pack job. I wouldn't recommend it. What main are you putting in it? If you're going to use a 120, think about getting a TJN instead - that way you can definitely fit a 126R reserve, and you'll have an easier time packing the main (TJN fits a 135 snug).
