Emmie 0 #1 July 7, 2002 The weather forcast said mostly sunny for today, so I was kind of surprised to wake up to overcast skies. Got to the dz anyways and found out that its really smoke from the forest fires in Canada. We were lucky enough to get to 8 grand in the morning, and then it just kept getting lower and lower, untill we had to shut down! This sucks ass! I guess if its not the clouds or the winds it has to be fires!
Jimbo 0 #2 July 8, 2002 Don't even get me started. I've named today "Kick a Canadian" day. If your jumping was affected by the fires then please, find a Canadian and kick them in the shin while cursing about not jumping today (and yesterday afternoon too) Damn Canadians. - Jim"Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.

Muenkel 0 #5 July 8, 2002 Lippy, Could you please do something about those Canadian blasts of cold air? I hate when the weather person says the jetstream will be coming down from Canada. I do have to say about the smoke that came down, aside from the shitty smell, it did make the sky a very interesting color. _________________________________________ Chris
FallRate 0 #6 July 8, 2002 Be really careful with the Canadians...they bite. A guy from Thief River Falls, MN got into a fight with a Canadian two weeks ago and no longer has a nose! FallRate

CanEHdian 0 #10 July 8, 2002 Quote"them damn frogs" now-now goose, be nice to our neighbors to the east... some of these "frogs" are pretty darn good skydivers and will hopefully be showing up to support the freefly festival in Burnaby... and just might even teach us a thing or two!
 goose491 0 #11 July 8, 2002 Yeah, I mean no bad blood... Half of my family is from Quebec so I guess I have some frog-blood of my own! I think I'll attend the free-fly festival in Burnaby. I have but 55 jumps but I'm stable in sit and can move relative to another pretty well. I'm sure I'll learn quite a bit from quite a few people there... providing people will jump with me... eheh My Karma ran over my Dogma!!!
