Sebazz1 2 #1 July 11, 2002 Everyone go ahead and raise your altitudes a little this weekend ok? Just bring it up a bit and remember when in doubt wip it out. If you do not like what you got cut it away. Check out your neighbors gear and encourage them to do the same to others. Do not rush to make loads. Pack thoroughly. KNOW THY ALTITUDE! And do not be ashamed to get off a load. Dirt dive that extra minute or two. Make sure everyone is aware of the breakoff altitude. Remember it is better to be on the ground wishing you were in the sky than being in the sky wishing you were on the ground. Please please just be safe.........Sorry bout the cheesiness But it is all about the love for life that we do this......... Feel free to add anything..........Peace! And go hug all you friends and at least one total stranger this weekendI have to say goodbye to a friend tonight. And it makes me really sad to think it might/will happen again. So stay safe........ We are here for your brother when you need a place to step away and mourn and / or laugh. Remember your love of our sport and the contributions you make. Remember the friends you have and have lost. Remember that we are all family and will be here for you in a moments call. I know the next couple of days will be unsettling but remember the reasons why you and your lost friend love this sport. Michele 1 #13 July 13, 2002 Thanks for posting that, Nathan. I signed the guest-book, even though I didn't know him. I thought it would be a nice gesture, maybe provide comfort to his family. The link is at the bottom of the memorial which Nathan posted. Perhaps you could take a minute and leave a condolence note there. I am sure it will provide a bit of help to the family in this difficult time.
