drenaline 0 #1 July 16, 2002 Has anybody tried taping off it? Can you tape a good stuff DVD into a VHS? or is it copy proof? HISPA 21 www.panamafreefall.com
AggieDave 6 #2 July 16, 2002 There are a variaty of factors involved, but yes you can (atleast I've copied dvds). Then again, you could DivX rip it and make VCDs, but that wouldn't be very nice.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." indyz 1 #3 July 16, 2002 Unless you have a DVD player were you can turn off the Macrovision copy protection, you will get low quality copies. That said... Don't steal from Joe Jennings and other freefall camera guys, k? They need to sell these videos to feed their families and fund more cool video projects. AggieDave 6 #5 July 16, 2002 Infact, I bet the FBI are fast ropping into your front yard as we speak... Indyz, yeah, my roommate and I share a DVD player that you can turn the Micro crap off and you can adjust what region your in, basically its set up like all DVD players should be.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." drenaline 0 #6 July 16, 2002 QuoteDon't steal from Joe Jennings and other freefall camera guys, k? I don't plan doing that, am buying my copy but will like to keep a VHS copy just in case. I am buying it anyway even if you can't copy it. Another reason is cause lots of people don't have DVD and only have VHS, so if I can't tape it I might as well buy the VHS so I can see it in my friends house. Hope I don't get people pissed at me for asking that. HISPA 21 www.panamafreefall.com
