It's a Maytag commercial gone bad. Yes, I have seen that photo. It was a couple of years ago and I cannot remember what was going on.

Once the plane takes off, you're gonna have to land - Might as well jump out!!

I think that was originally posted on AvWeb. It was the fire extinguishing system in the hanger. Went off by mistake when nobody was around.

That was very fast. I had thought it was fire extinguisher or something. It just took me too long to find the reference.
