nws01 0 #27 August 4, 2002 HH, just keep the CD in and continue to listen to it and it will grow on you. Find some time to sit alone with the music turned on to nice enjoyable volume and read the lyrics and listen to E Street band perform and put yourself in Bruce’s shoes. This is the first full studio recording album of Bruce and the E Street Band since Born in the U.S.A. I don’t know if you went to a show on their last tour for their Greatest Hits album but they played their older recordings prior to the Born in the U.S.A. era. Coming from a family who listened to his music early on I appreciate the older music more than the newer stuff. However I enjoy them both! I believe on the new tour they will be highlighting a lot of the “newer” songs that most of the younger generation will recognize. The song Waiting on a Sunny Day reminds me of a Skydiver waiting for the rain and clouds to go away! Time magazine will have him on the cover. Here is the story. http://www.time.com/time/covers/1101020805/story.html
