Beautiful Skies

The skies here in Boston are a awesome color blue and there is some big white puffy clouds. I wish I could take a picture and post it because it is just beautiful and I feel like it is calling me! I am taking tomorrow afternoon off to jump and I am considering this afternoon as well. How about we all skip work today and GO JUMP!

White puffy clouds? You mean, like these?

You're pretty lucky. At my dropzone, we never, ever have any white puffy cumulus clouds. I've never seen clouds below me from the jumpship. Mostly, we just get cloudless skies or those really high up cirrus clouds. It sounds good, but I'd love to see fluffy clouds at least once in a while.

Nothing like flying your canopy on the outskirts of these clouds. Manuvering your way down. I didn't make it today but tomorrow at noon and this weekend I will be jumping like crazy!

Well, I've only had three jumps, but 2 of the 3 have had those wonderful, puffy clouds dancing around with us - my pre-second and my third. Tis cool!

I intend to live forever -- so far, so good.

You know those wonderful puffy clouds you guys talk of are the beginnings of a cumulonimbus cloud which leads towards a nasty thunder cloud (maybe even a tornado). They look nice, but they aren't nice if you get to close to them.
