The house was built by my late grandfather by hand!!! he did everything!! And now we have these little fuckers making a snack out of it!! It won't keep the termites away, but they WILL pay for anything that needs to be fixed AFTER their service. It's too late now, but prevention is the best solution by renewing a termite bond every year. We did a room addition on a $500,000 house, and when we started to break down the old wall, we found termites there too.
