I didn't vote for him, what do you think?

You know you're in trouble when a fella says "I'd like you to meet my wife, and sister" and there's one woman standing there.

------------------

Better yet, "This is my mom, my wife, and my sister..."

(The bytch and I were sitting here trying to think of how that would work)

Sounds good to me . It's time to stop the fucking sierra club from trying to manage our forests

They want to keep any type of vehicle (including bicycles) out of the forests...Freaking eco-nazi's

Awright, guys, you don't have one, so don't act like one

You want cruel and unusual, use scissors...not sharp ones, though...the safety scissors they give to kindergarteners that you have to cut a piece of paper 5 or 6 times and it doesn't really cut clean cause the paper keeps wrapping around and getting pinched between the blades...

Nature WILL take its course. If we try to mimic its processes and work with it, we will do well. If we try to stand againt its normal processes, it will destroy us. We've learned this lesson many, many times in the past - I hope someday we actually take the lessons to heart.

I think it's sorta foolish to not use wood, our one really renewable building source. If we log and pay attention to natural processes, we can mimic nature and help prevent fires in the future. For example - wait until a forest has a lot of dead wood in it, log it and burn the remaining scrub. Other than some carbon being removed, the forest sees the same fire it would have had nature taken its course. In fact, if you do this wisely, the forest recovers a lot faster from the man-set fire than it would have from the natural fire. (Whether or not that's a good thing is, of course, subject to debate.)
