CanuckInUSA 0 #1 August 25, 2002 I guess I won't really believe it until the USPA issues me a number, but I became a licensed skydiver today after completing my "A" License checkdive. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over

CanuckInUSA 0 #5 August 25, 2002 SCR? Am I missing something here? Actually a cool thing which happened today was that I got to do a two-way (or at least we tried) with a really cute girl who was visiting the DZ from Tucson AZ. I doubt she'll see this, but if she does. Thanks for the jump Monica. Ok now I know many of you have your heads in the gutters right about now. But it wasn't like that (even though she was definitely cute and nice enough for a guy like me to want to do something fun with her). skycat 0 #7 August 26, 2002 An SCR (Star Crest Recipient) is your 1st 8-way where everyone freefly the exit (meaning exits with no grips) and makes a round. I haven't seen any of it here in CO, but it's HUGE in TX and other places down south. I'd get it started around here, but pookie bear doesn't have his and I think he'd feel lacking....3000 jumps and no SCR....even I have mine. Fly it like you stole it!
