ernokaikkonen 0 #1 September 2, 2002 http://www.smalltime.com/dictator.html I tried it twice, first as Ross from "Friends", and then as Stalin. It guessed both right.
jessefs 0 #2 September 2, 2002 Holy crap! It guessed Homer Simpson which I thought was pretty good until it guessed Liono from Thundercats! I'm impressed <* Spread the Love! *>
bluefingers 0 #3 September 2, 2002 I tried Grace (WIll and Grace), and Mugabe "I knew you were Robert Mugabe from Zimbabwe from the start, but I strung you along for a while to make it seem more sporting. I hope that one day you will overcome the powerful sense of humiliation that you now feel. " bloody hell! Kerry

It guessed right :Bart and Apu from the simpsons, John Carter from ER and Scully and Skinner from the X-Files.
indyz 1 #5 September 2, 2002 A couple months ago I spent a solid two hours trying to figure this thing out. Dictators, sorta wanna be dictators, sitcom characters, cartoon characters (Thundercats isn't a sitcom), professional wrestlers, it knew everybody. And since then the database has only gotten smarter.
ernokaikkonen 0 #6 September 2, 2002 I answered the questions as me! HA! It doesn't know everybody! It said: "I guess that you are Prof. Oak from Pokemon! Am I right?" Erno
bluefingers 0 #7 September 2, 2002 I gave up after Grace, Dharma and Mugabe - way too frustrating! Kerry
indyz 1 #8 September 2, 2002 Erno: But are you a sitcom character? I just played a few more times. It got Mr Roper from Three's Company, and Duke and Scarlet from G.I. Joe.
ernokaikkonen 0 #9 September 2, 2002 >Erno: But are you a sitcom character? Actually I'd rather be an evil dictator... I was the 8th person to play as Pip from South Park. It guessed right. It didn't guess Tarja Halonen, the president of Finland. Ok, maybe she isn't exactly an evil dictator, but all heads of state should qualify... I did Joey Potter from Dawsone's Creek (it was the only character that I could think of the quickest and know the most info on) and it got it right! Yes I am still a WB fanatic. I wonder if I missed something on the show or if it just didn't know them. Couldn't help it with them either, it compared the characters to people from shows I never heard of!
