first I take it that you've noted the time?

tomorrow, about the time she goes for lunch, stretch, make some noise, and remark how drained you are. ask her what she's doing for lunch. hopefully she says that she's going to pick up something. whatever it is, just say that's a good idea. then ask her if you could join her, tag along, something.

Here is my advice:

Get a group of coworkers together for drinks after work one day. Include her. That was you can see her in a non-work setting without the pressure of one-on-one.

Flirt with her....and see what happens.....
