Weekend in Perris

So after being taken in the security room at Logan International for trying to carry my rig on board and packing it up to check it I left Boston and arrived at LAX around 9:00pm on Friday night. I called Lummy and he informed me that there were two cars on the way for me. He and Cornholio in one and Michele and Jams in the other. I called Sebazz who was sitting with SkyBytch and Betsy Barnhouse at the dz. He pulled a prank on me and told me that Perris just had there liquor license taken away and it was a dry dropzone. After I cried he told me he was teasing and I let him off the phone. Before I knew it Lummy and Cornholio pull up curbside and picked me up. Because Michele did not have a cell phone we drove around the airport about 5 times looking for her. We decided that she had probably left and we headed to Perris! (We later found out Michele parked her car and was waiting for me at the airport with Jams.)

After running by the liquor store we made it to Perris. We hung out with Seb, Bytch, BB and her group she brought from Eloy. A little while later Michele and Jams made it out and we had a few beers and called it a night.

Saturday morning rolled around and we started jumping. We did a few RW jumps, a speedstar out of the DC 3 and I got a kiss pass from Bytch after I docked, and we had a couple of failed hybrid attempts. On the sunset load Sebazz and I did a threeway with Scoby. All in all it was fun. When the beer lite came on Jams made some bad ass margaritas and we had some beers. I introduced Viking to Jagermeister and he liked it. Bill Von gave me a lecture about how it would be easier to get Viking laid if he was sober but we didn't listen to him! (He did not get laid though).

Sunday rolled around and we all met up at the bombshelter. A few of us had the freefly itch and went to jump while HotTamale load orgnized a couple of dz.com jumps. I hear they did not go so well so she called it a day. We had dinner at the bombshelter before the Northern California crew left for home. Sudsyfist and BB and I hung out at the bar before calling it a night.

Monday morning rolled around and I met up with Sudsyfist again. It was a hot and humid day so we only made three jumps. We had two flower exits to headdown and a headdown rodeo. It was funnier than hell. Thanks again for the laughs Steve!

Tuesday morning I got a ride with Kim White from Perris to LAX. She is a independent contractor who drives people all over in her van. If you go to Perris and need a ride I recommend calling manifest to get her number and let her show you around. She is a real nice lady.

All in all I had a great time and I will definetly visit Perris again in the future. Everyone I met there was friendly and Jack Gramley does a nice job running the place.

Not to change the subject but we also saw Chromeboy's space ship this weekend. No shit we had some sort of dust storm blow in Sunday night and it landed at the Perris airport. It was all shiny and chromey and stuff
