Cornholio 0 #76 September 3, 2002 yeah it does. Plus, we thought we saw that same plane land at Perris. Someone mentioned that it WAS the plane and that they flew in Friday night, but that has been unconfirmed. Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! lummy 4 #77 September 3, 2002 OOps... 60 was the average # of minutes that I late/later than everyone else..... Ya know, looking at the pics, I don't think it was the same Cessna we saw at Perris. hey, you wouldn't have any pics of that Red Baron tri plane, would you? I also made a sunset load on Wed when I picked up my rig at DavisI promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. Cornholio 0 #78 September 3, 2002 Nope, I didn't take any pictures at Perris, other than a few bar shots that came up looking pretty dark. I figured that there were other people with better cameras (Viking, Quade, and others) that would post them. Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! lummy 4 #84 September 3, 2002 Okay, Okay.... Before we start a mini OUR DZ is better than THAT DZ war, the original plan was to stop in Madera to jump but found out they are only open on the weekends. I then remembered seeing Cal city listed as being 90 miles N of LA so I called them (gotta love 411) who were done for the day, BUT they gave me the names of AirAdventures and Skydive Taft.. Well, Skydiove Taft was very friendly when we called and we re still jumping and AirAdventures didn't have a pilot on Friday. Next trip we'll hit the OTHER places, ok?I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. Cornholio 0 #85 September 3, 2002 LOL... you know if that plane was any slower, my legs would have fallen asleep. NO shit, there I was.... we take off, and the three of us (me, Lummy, and Jams) were looking at our altis for 4-5 minutes waiting for us to get up to 1,000 feet. Was I the only one that thought my alti was broke cause it wasn't moving ?? So we are about on jump run and we see traffic to our right. The pilot doesn't seem to know about it and rolls the plane to the right to look for it. So we spend the next couple minutes rolling left and right looking for this plane....LOL Oh man, that plane ride had to be the most funny, scary, and trippy ride that I have been on. The jump that I did made up for it 10 fold. Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! Scoby 0 #88 September 3, 2002 Oh, no, I wasn't implying that at all. People from their DZ and our DZ intermingle and are pretty friendly. Sometimes birdmen jumping at one DZ fly over the the other DZ to land. I didn't mean to imply a rivalry that isn't there at all. Sorry!

lummy 4 #90 September 3, 2002 Oh NO SH*T!!! I look at my altimeter after we take off and it's still at ZERO. I'm thinking ooookay, so I wait a few more minutes and look again, it's STILL at zero, so nknow I'm worried. I look over at Matt and motion to my altimeter and he shows me his and HIS is on zero too... I still think I coulda have flown the airplane is I had grabbed the exposed tension wires up on top ;) Front flipping off the step and laying back to watch Matt exit was so sweet.. And let's not forget seeing the rainbow. My last jump, Nathan and I pulled outta the tube jump since 12 was to many for the tailgate. We're out at about 9 grand in asit andI look over and there is a giant rainbow maybe about 10 miles from me to the east reaching up and over the mountain range (sleeping indian as per Miche) If only I hada camera ;( Oh, and no probs Scoby. If we had time, I would have liked to check out both places which woulda been a blast. Next time.. ther's always next timeI promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. lummy 4 #92 September 3, 2002 Uhmmm.... Couldn't tell ya Miche. See I was sitting behind the pilot and all I know is that Matt and TOM were just laughing their butts off most of the ride up. Everytime I asked "What?" They told me to never mind. It is a very homey and realxing DZ, nice staff and great atmosphere!!!I promise not to TP Davis under canopy..
