I used to just lock their internet down when ever they did something stupid, but I've found at you can put the fear of god in them if you send a net send and tell them that email/webpage/etc is not business related and could result in HR being notified. Knowing from personal experience that A) it will PROBABLY be posted here and B) NO DOUBT my Mother will forward to me too, I thought I'd save some time and grief...
