Magistr8 0 #1 September 13, 2002 I few days ago I wanted to know what kind of car to get based on 3 good babies GMC Jimmy Volkswagen Jetta VR6 and a Subaru Imprezza WRX well I have decided on the car to get and in fact it is my #4 choice , the reasons I will list below. I am Getting a Nissan Sentra Spec V. The reason for this is that 1) it is the most affordable for my budget. (A big one seeing as how most of my cash goes to skydiving) 2) the Imprezza althought the lead contender was way to much money. I cannot emphazise that fact enough. 37G's for the base model. I'm only 21 and don't have that kind of cash 3) the other vehicles in the category were too much on gas ( jimmy ) in the long run or too much on insurance (V6). I did take your suggestions and input into account when making this decision and hope that I can use this car to get some of the DZ further sounth that I have been hitting up lately. Some pics can be found here. [url]http://www.nissanusa.com/vehicles/ModelSpecifications/1,9439,21551||,00.html "Impossible is a word to be found only in the dictionary of fools." wmw999 2,589 #2 September 13, 2002 Have fun with it. A car is just a tool. Once you identify what you want it for, that makes choosing one a lot easier. If you just want transportation, then any $500 beater will do (did that for years). Either way, less car means more money for skydiving, and less money spent on a car note every month. There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)

skycat 0 #9 September 13, 2002 don't forget that WRX comes with sports car insurance prices due to the turbo. I'm actually going to get a WRX Wagon, but since I'm going to it from a Mustang GT insureance isn't an issue. For me cargo space and able to have the power to climb a mountain are the deciding factors.Fly it like you stole it!
