'S the first movie about skydivers made- some of these "older" skydivers might know, but definitely try ebay or your semi-local vintage video store; also, some of the larger DZ shops might know of a copy-

If you have TNT/TCM -or how they call it now- TV channel
sometimes they broadcast it.
Once I recorded it but I think I erased. I will check it.
A bit slow and boring but the skydiving scenes are quite good
knowing the film was made a long time ago.

Just released on video.

We watched at the DZ Saturday. Wound up fast forwarding to scenes with Skydiving or Boobies.

But I bought the DVD anyway. It's no theatrical masterpiece like "Cutaway":P, but there's actually a plot.

***But skydiving by its nature is nowhere near as spectacular as the formula-one racing circuit, ... - the inner drama of men risking their lives daily for an audience that thinks them a trivial entertainment.

Unlike car racing (we all drive cars), skydiving is one of those activities that is fairly unthinkable to most of us. When things go wrong, we tend to think not what a great tragedy has happened, but that the skydiver was asking for his fate. We all know that in a movie about people jumping out of airplane, somebody is going to buy the farm before the end of the show.

Can you spell WHUFFO?

Did anyone draw a parallel between the "batwing" suit and a birdman ?

That's ridiculous...everyone knows the flight characteristics between birds and bats are completely different. Besides, we can figure out how many unladen swallows it would take to carry a coconut, but how do you figure out that kind of problem for bats? It just can't be done. You're crazy man!! :S

Yes that's true - storks cary babies. They spend their winter in Africa. That is why Africa is so overpopulated. I will agree to bats transporting coconuts as long as we agree to supply them with little harnesses and unionize them - after all it's transportation. Also we have to take special care of Bats out of Hell. They have a tough life as is already;)

Red Bull commercial. Loss of altitude awareness. These idiots should have a cypres. ;)
Hmmmmm. I really don't need to see cartoons bounce, let alone simulated people in movies. To many memories when you've seen it happen for real.
