smiles 0 #4 September 20, 2002 Was checking out www.nzone.biz (Queenstown) d.z. and wondering about their aircraft: Cresco turbine? and Fletcher? Never heard of them- How many jumpers do they seat? Are they good skydive jumpships? What is their history? Attached some pics- Is the one with shark teeth painted on the Cresco or Fletcher? thanx- smiles. smiles 0 #6 September 20, 2002 Thanx Craig- very interesting!! My d.z. in Canada purchased Pilatus in 1994 from Australian Airforce...CGROO has "H" model powered by Pratt and Whitney of Canada PT-6A-27 turboprop- http://www.vancouver-skydiving.bc.ca/aircraft.html Can see why Australian Airforce is interested in 750XL, also why interest in custom jumpships for skydiving- I heard rumor from one of our pilots yesterday about d.z. operator purchasing another porter and can just dream for now about 14,000 ft. in 12 min.!!! smiles.
