steve1 5 #1 September 19, 2002 Here's a picture of my kids with their fish. We could have caught lot's more, but only kept enough for supper. I hope this turns out. I'm still figuring out how to run a scanner. Steve1

steve1 5 #8 September 19, 2002 Clay, No they're little brookies. They have lots of color like cut throat though. I have some more pictures but I'm still figuring out how to scan them. And yes I do keep the daughters locked in the closet much of the time. Steve1

steve1 5 #10 September 20, 2002 Deuce, A lot of people here in Montana keep a bear gun. I just bought a 12 gauge pump, 3inch magnum with a short barrel, "boy" gun. I guess I can still talk tough, even though I'm getting old and wore out. Steve1

steve1 5 #12 September 20, 2002 Deuce, What a couple of cute little girls! Enjoy them now. They grow up way too fast. I always figured I wanted a boy, but then I figured I might be able to make Tomboys out of them. I only had limited success at that. So far they are both interested in jumping. The oldest has made one tandem. They both were going to make a tandem out of a Caravan a couple weeks ago, but we got weathered out. Steve1

freeflir29 0 #14 September 20, 2002 QuoteWhat AM I gonna do when mine are teenagers I'm soooooo glad I have a son. I only have one dick to worry about when he is a teenager. I wouldn't know what the hell to do with a daughter anyway. I mean...what am I supposed to do.....take her shopping?
steve1 5 #15 September 20, 2002 Clay, I take mine hunting. When the oldest was about eleven we crawled up on a herd of antelope. We could only get about 400 yards from them. They were spread out across a big sage brush flat. So I told her to pick out a big one and try a shot. She had a bipod on her 243. I told her to hold a little over the top of it's back. She fired and it went right down. When we walked up on it, not one but two bucks were laying there. That was the reason it looked so big to her. She got two with one shot. The youngest one shot a nice Whitetail buck last year. And yes, I sometimes shop with them. If you're doing something that makes them happy you don't mind all that much. Steve1 Oh, I got way too many guns, just not enough ways to create scenarious where I can make use of one Hmm, I think my "boy" gun would be the Browning lever 45-70. Pretty sure I could get two with one shot Boys. Shopping. Ugh.
